Viji Narayanan
Founder and CEO of Zen Wellness Lounge

Viji is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, 1991, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer science from Georgia Tech. In addition to being a software engineer, she is also passionate about wellness.

Post-Covid, Viji graduated with a Master’s degree (ALM) in Socio-Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Public Health from Harvard University and has specialized in Lifestyle Medicine through Harvard Medical School. Additionally, Viji is certified in Nutritional Science from Cornell University and is also a licensed Health and Wellness Coach from the esteemed Dr. Sears Institute. Currently, Viji is expanding her expertise as an Ayurveda Counselor/Practitioner at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, where she is learning to integrate preventive healthcare, nutrition, and traditional Vedic practices into her holistic wellness philosophy.
